We do not accept returns. If your package arrives in poor condition - broken jar, damaged seal, or product compromised in transit - we will make it right immediately with a replacement or full refund. As a consumable food product, all sales are final.
How to Report a Damaged Order
If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us at support@peprlyblends.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will review your claim and respond within 24 hours.
Refunds for Damaged Orders
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement - your choice. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received it, please contact us at support@peprlyblends.com and we will reply within 24 hours.
