How quickly can you answer my question?

We answer messages and emails in the order they are received and try to respond as promptly as possible. In most cases, you can expect a reply within 24 hours of contacting us at support@peprlyblends.com.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

Once an order is submitted, our team may pack and ship it within 24 hours, which makes address changes difficult. If you notice an error, email us immediately at support@peprlyblends.com with your order number and the correct address. We will do our best to update it before the package leaves our facility, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is in transit.

How long is the processing period?

Order processing times are between 1-2 business days after the day you placed your order. Most orders ship within 24 - 48 hours. You will receive a tracking email once your order has shipped.

General shipping information

Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Tracking information is sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

Will my order come in one package?

Larger orders may arrive in multiple packages and could be delivered 1-2 business days apart. If you are expecting multiple items and only receive part of your order, please wait a day before contacting us.

Out of stock or backordered items

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you with an expected restock date. If we do not expect the item to be available within two weeks, we will automatically issue a refund for that item.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we only ship to the United States currently.

I received a damaged item — what do I do?

We are sorry to hear that! We only issue refunds when a package arrives damaged or broken. Please contact us at support@peprlyblends.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns for food products.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number on the carrier's website to follow your package. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or reach out to us.

What do I do if something is missing or incorrect in my order?
